We’re looking for a proactive TikTok Shop Virtual Assistant who understands marketplace operations and enjoys working in a fast-paced Ecommerce environment. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellent results.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Manage TikTok Shop seller accounts.
- Create and optimize product listings.
- Process daily orders and coordinate fulfillment.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Monitor store performance and account health.
- Support promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Ensure compliance with TikTok Shop policies.
- Stay updated with marketplace trends and platform updates.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Experience managing TikTok Shop Seller Center.
- Understanding of Ecommerce marketplace operations.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Basic Excel or Google Sheets knowledge is preferred.
