WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Amazon Virtual Assistant (VA) to manage daily Amazon Seller Central operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with product listings, inventory management, order processing, customer support, and account optimization while ensuring compliance with Amazon’s policies and best practices.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Manage and maintain Amazon Seller Central accounts.
- Create and optimize product listings with accurate content and keywords.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock updates.
- Process customer orders and resolve account-related issues.
- Handle customer messages and maintain high seller performance metrics.
- Coordinate with designers and marketing teams for listing improvements.
- Track product performance and prepare regular performance reports.
- Stay updated with Amazon policies, tools, and marketplace trends.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Experience working with Amazon Seller Central.
- Understanding of Amazon listing optimization and SEO basics.
- Knowledge of inventory management and order fulfillment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
