WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a skilled and performance-focused Ads Expert with hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of campaign strategy, audience targeting, bidding, budget management, analytics, and performance optimization. You should be comfortable analyzing campaign data, conducting A/B tests, and making data-driven decisions to improve results.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok.
- Develop full-funnel campaign strategies based on business and marketing objectives.
- Monitor campaign budgets, targeting, creatives, and key performance indicators.
- Track and analyze metrics including CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversions, and campaign performance.
- Conduct A/B testing of audiences, creatives, messaging, placements, and campaign strategies.
- Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations.
- Prepare regular performance reports and communicate key insights to management.
- Stay updated with changes, trends, and best practices across advertising platforms.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads.
- Strong understanding of campaign setup, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and budget management.
- Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
- Strong understanding of campaign performance metrics and analytics.
- Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Performance-focused mindset with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns effectively.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads or Snapchat Ads.
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager.
- Understanding of UTM tracking and campaign attribution.
- Experience with eCommerce or lead-generation campaigns.
- Experience working with conversion tracking and analytics tools.
