WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking an experienced Temu Virtual Assistant who can confidently manage daily marketplace operations and contribute to the growth of client accounts. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and eager to learn in a dynamic Ecommerce environment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Manage Temu seller accounts and daily operations.
- Create, upload, and optimize product listings.
- Monitor inventory and process customer orders.
- Ensure account health and policy compliance.
- Handle customer inquiries and marketplace issues.
- Analyze marketplace performance and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business goals.
- Stay updated with Temu platform features and best practices.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Minimum 1 year of experience managing Temu seller accounts.
- Strong understanding of Temu marketplace operations.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
- Experience with Ecommerce reporting tools is a plus.
